Monday, February 1st – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 18 DB deadlifts, 12/9 calorie bike, 6 lateral burpees over the DB. E2MOM perform 9 sit-ups.
Tuesday, February 2nd – Alternating OTM for 20 minutes: Odd: Max reps of bike cals, row cals, ski cals, or jump rope (athlete’s choice). Even: Max reps of DB push press
Wednesday, February 3rd – AMRAP in 25 minutes: 100 meter run, 25 air squats, 50 jump rope, 25 hollow rocks, 50 ft bear crawl, 100 ft walking lunge
Thursday, February 4th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 20/15 calorie ski, 20/15 calorie bike, and 20/15 calorie row buy-in. Then, in remaining time AMRAP: 22 alternating DB snatch, 22 leg raises, 22 hand release push-ups.
Friday, February 5th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21 KB swings, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 burpees, 15 goblet squats, 21 second plank hold
