TTFIT Workouts 2/11/19 – 2/15/19

Monday, February 11th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  9 calorie bike, 15 KB swings, 21 air squats, 15 leg raises, 9 hand release push-ups

Tuesday, February 12th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 1000 meter row, stopping every 200 meters for 5 burpees over the rower, then complete 30-20-10 box jumps/step-ups and DB one arm snatch.  Once done with the 10th DB snatch, AMRAP in remaining time:  21 sit-ups, 15 DB hang cleans, 9 calorie row.  
Wednesday, February 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 DB front squats, 20 hollow rocks, 100 meter farmer’s carry, 10 DB push press, 10/7 calorie bike
Thursday, February 14th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 meter sprint, 22 DB deadlifts, 100 meter sprint,  22 second plank hold, 100 meter sprint, 22 walking lunges, 100 meter sprint, 22 pull-ups/ring rows
Friday, February 15th – EMOM x 10:  5 push-ups, 7 sit-ups, 9 air squats.  Rest 1 minute.  EMOM x 10:  5 KB swings, 30 jump rope
