
14 Feb TTFIT Workouts 2/15/21 – 2/19/21
Monday, February 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 burpees, 20 goblet squats, 30 sit-ups. E2MOM, hold a :20s plank.
Tuesday, February 16th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 15 DB push press, 21 box jumps/step-ups, 15 hand release push-ups, 21 hollow rocks
Wednesday, February 17th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 250 jump rope buy-in. In remaining time, AMRAP: 20 walking lunges, 20/15 calorie bike, 20 KB swings, 20 shuttle runs (10 meters each)
Thursday, February 18th – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds): Min 1- 25 AbMat sit-ups, Min 2- 200/150 meter Ski, Min 3- 15 DB hang cleans
Friday, February 19th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 8 burpees to a plate, 12 Russian twists w/ a plate, 16 ground to overhead w/ a plate. E2MOM row 200/150 meters.
