TTFIT Workouts 2/17/20 – 2/21/20

Monday, February 17th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 meter sprint, 10 DB hang cleans, 10 push-ups, 10 air squats
Tuesday, February 18th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete a 1000/800 meter row buy-in.  With remaining time, AMRAP:  22 DB snatches, 18 sit-ups, 14/10 calorie Ski, 10 burpees.
Wednesday, February 19th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  20/15 calorie bike, 20 KB goblet squats, 100 jump rope, 10 ring rows/pull-ups
Thursday, February 20th – E3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  250/200 meter row, 20 DB floor press, then max burpees in remaining time.
Friday, February 21st – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 DB deadlifts, 18 walking lunges, 15 hollow rocks, 12 wall balls
