TTFIT Workouts 2/22/21 – 2/26/21

Monday, February 22nd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete a 60/40 calorie bike. In remaining time, AMRAP: 40 jump rope, 30 AbMat sit-ups, 20 med ball cleans, 10 wall balls. Every 2:30 minutes, complete 5 burpees.

Tuesday, February 23rd – AMRAP in 25 minutes: 100 meter run, 10 KB swings, 10 sit-ups, 200 meter run, 20 alternating DB snatch, 20 box jumps/step-ups

Wednesday, February 24th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 18 walking lunges, 15 DB push press, 18 hand release push-ups, 15 DB hang cleans. Every 3 minutes, complete a :30s plank hold. Start with a plank hold. 

Thursday, February 25th – EMOM x 18 (3 rounds): Min 1- 10 burpees, Min 2- 100 meter run, Min 3- 50 jump rope, Min 4- 14/9 calorie bike, Min 5- 25 hollow rocks, Min 6- 25 air squats

Friday, February 26th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 sit-ups, 10 KB swings, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10/7 calorie row, 10 goblet squats
