Monday, February 24th – AMRAP in 28 minutes:  7 burpees, 14 DB thrusters, 7 bike or ski calories, 14 sandbell sit-ups, 7 DB hang cleans, 14 hollow rocks, 7 bike or ski calories


Tuesday, February 25th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  5 pull-ups/ring rows,  50′ front rack double KB carry, 30 second plank hold, 50′ walking lunge, 10 KB swings


Wednesday, February 26th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  50 jump rope, 15 DB deadlifts, 250/200 meter row, 50 jump rope, 15 DB hang squat cleans


Thursday, February 27th – E2:30MOM x 8 (20 minutes):  12/9 calorie ski, 12 DB floor press, 24 sit-ups


Friday, February 28th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  100 meter run, 15/10 calorie row, 9 burpees, 9 box jumps/step-ups
