
27 Feb TTFIT Workouts 2/25/18 – 3/1/18
Monday, February 25th – AMRAP in 19 minutes: 19 DB push press, 19 second plank hold, 100 meter sprint, 19 walking lunges, 19 box jumps/step-ups, 100 meter sprint
Tuesday, February 26th – With 23 minutes on the clock, 1000 meter row buy-in then AMRAP 30 one-arm snatch, 15 sit-ups, 100 meter run, 20 DB hang cleans, 10 sit-ups, 200 meter run
Wednesday, February 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 push-ups, 15 shuttle sprints, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 15 hollow rocks
Thursday, February 28th – With 28 minutes on the clock, 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of ground to overhead with a plate, DB bench press, Assault bike calories, wall balls, walking lunges. If you finish the round of 3, start back at 21 and work until time expires.
Friday, March 1st – AMRAP in 11 minutes: 5 burpees to a plate, 7 DB push press, 9 goblet squats. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 9 minutes: 3 burpees over the rower, 7 calorie row, 9 DB deadlifts.
