TTFIT Workouts 2/3/20 – 2/7/20

Monday, February 3rd – With 30 minutes on the clock, complete the buy-in:  800 meter run, 100 meter walking lunge, 60 burpees, 400 drag rope single unders.  Then in remaining time:  8/5 calorie bike, 10 alternating DB snatches, 15 AbMat sit-ups

Tuesday, February 4th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 hollow rocks, 15 goblet squats, 9 pull-ups/ring rows, 15 dips, 21/18 calorie row
Wednesday, February 5th – 5 rounds of:  0:40s on/0:20s off:  DB push press, box jump overs, DB deadlifts, bike for calories.  During the 0:20s rest, rotate to the next movement.
Thursday, February 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 DB floor press, 10 shuttle sprints, 10 leg raises, 10 ground to overhead with a plate
Friday, February 7th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  5 pull-ups/ring rows, 8 DB hang cleans, 24 box jumps/step-ups, 13 burpees
