TTFIT Workouts 2/8/21 – 2/12/21

Monday, February 8th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10/6 calorie bike or ski, 20 alternating DB snatch, 10/6 calorie bike or ski, 20 sit-ups

Tuesday, February 9th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in (partition reps however you choose): 150 jump rope, 100 air squats, 50 hollow rocks. In time remaining AMRAP: 10 shuttle sprints, 10 DB strict press, 10 lateral burpees over the DB, 10 leg raises.

Wednesday, February 10th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds): Min 1- :30s plank hold, Min 2- 20 walking lunges, Min 3- 15 DB hang power cleans, Min 4- 250/200 meter row

Thursday, February 11th – AMRAP in 8 minutes: Max box step-ups. EMOM complete 4 burpees. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 8 minutes: Max sit-ups. EMOM complete 8 DB deadlifts. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 8 minutes: Max calorie row. EMOM complete 12 jumping squats. 

Friday, February 12th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21 DB hang power cleans, 18 mountain climbers, 15 hollow rocks, 18 DB push press, 21 jump rope
