13 Feb TTFIT Workouts 2/13/17 – 2/17/17
Monday, February 13th – With 20 minutes on the clock, move through the following exercises: 10 calorie bike, 20 burpees, 30 alternating one-arm DB snatch, 40 walking lunges, 50 calorie row. Every two minutes, stop and perform 10 wall balls. Begin the workout with 10 wall balls. Once finished with the 50 calorie row, start back at the bike and move through the exercises again, until time expires. Continue to perform 10 wall balls every 2 minutes.
Tuesday, February 14th – Valentine’s Day Partner Workout – With a partner and 24 minutes on the clock, move through the following AMRAP: 5 DB thrusters, 10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups. One partner completes a full round, while other partner rests, then switch. Continue doing this until the clock hits 24:00.
Wednesday, February 15th – Every 3 minutes x 8 (24 minutes), perform the following: 200 meter run, 15 DB deadlifts, 15 hollow rocks. Any remaining time in the 3 minutes is rest.
Thursday, February 16th – With 22 minutes on the clock, run 1600 meters. Every 400 meters, stop and hold a 30 second plank and bike 10/7 calories. Once done with the last set of calories, begin AMRAP of: 11 leg raises, 22 KB swings, 33 jump rope. Move through AMRAP until time expires.
Friday, February 17th – Tabata – 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes (8 rounds) at each of the following stations: DB shoulder press, Russian twists w/ a plate, box jumps/step-ups, goblet squats, calorie row (20 minute total workout)
