TTFIT Workouts 2/19/18 – 2/23/18

Monday, February 19th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  12 box jumps/step-ups, 24 KB swings, 12 push-ups, 24 sit-ups, 12 calorie bike

Tuesday, February 20th  – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter row, 12 alt DB snatch, 20 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes, then AMRAP in 6 minutes:  100 meter row, 6 alt DB snatch, 10 hollow rocks

Wednesday, February 21st – With 20 minutes on the clock:  1000 meter row buy-in, then AMRAP in remaining time:  20 overhead walking lunges w/ plate, 15 DB deadlifts, 10 DB hang cleans, 5 DB push press

Thursday, February 22nd – EMOM x 30 (5 rounds):  Minute 1: wallballs, Minute 2: KB sumo deadlift high pulls, Minute 3: box jumps or step ups, Minute 4: KB swings, Minute 5: bike for calories, Minute 6: rest

Friday, February 23rd –  AMRAP in 20 minutes:  21-15-9 Air squats, push-ups, sit-ups (complete 21 of each, 15 of each, 9 of each, then start back on 21 of each, and so on for 18 minutes) Every 2 minutes on the minute, row 150 meters.  Begin with the row.
