TTFIT Workouts 2/20/17 – 2/24/17

Monday, February 20th – With 21 minutes on the clock, work through the following:  18-15-12-9-6-3 DB step-ups, calorie bike, shuttle sprints, leg raises.  Every minute on the minute, perform 3 burpees.  Workout begins with 3 burpees.
Tuesday, February 21st – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  400 meter run, 30 sit-ups, 20 DB hang power cleans, 200 meter run, 15 hollow rocks, 10 DB thrusters
Wednesday, February 22nd – EMOM x 10:  Odd minutes:  15 DB bench press, Even minutes:  50 jump rope.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 10:  Odd minutes:  15 ring rows/pull-ups, Even minutes:  12/9 calorie bike
Thursday, February 23rd – With a clock set for 24 minutes, complete a 1500 meter row buy-in.  With remaining time, complete AMRAP of the following:  100 meter sprint, 50 meter farmers carry, 100 meter sprint, 50 meter lunge walk, 100 meter sprint, 50 meter sled drag
Friday, February 24th – With 22 minutes on the clock, move through 50-40-30-20-10 jump rope and KB swings.  Once done with the first couplet, move through 10-20-30-40-50 air squats and sit-ups.  With any remaining time, row for calories.  Stop every 15 calories to do 10 push-ups.  Continue with this until time expires.
