Monday, February 6th – EMOM x 24: Min 1: 100 meter sprint, Min 2: 12/10 calorie row, Min 3: 50 jump rope, Min 4: 20 sit-ups
Tuesday, February 7th – AMRAP in 25 minutes: 400 meter run, 30 walking lunges, 20 DB hang cleans, 10 push-ups, 200 meter run, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 10 DB push press, 5 ring rows/pull-ups
Wednesday, February 8th – With 10 minutes on the clock, odd minutes: 15 wall balls, even minutes: 30 second plank hold. Rest 2 minutes. With 10 minutes on the clock, odd minutes: 20 KB swings, even minutes: 20 leg raises
Thursday, February 9th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 3 goblet squats,3 calorie bike, 3 burpees, 6 goblet squats, 6 calorie bike, 6 burpees, 9 goblet squats, 9 calorie bike, 9 burpees, 12, 12, 12, and so on…until time expires.
Friday, February 10th – Five 3-minute rounds of: 250/200 meter row, 50 jump rope, max ground to overhead with a plate. One minute rest between each round. Cash out: Three sled pulls (100 meters) Rest as needed between each.
