TTFIT Workouts 3/1/21 – 3/5/21

Monday, March 1st – With 30 minutes on the clock, complete the buy-in: 1000 meter run, 500 jump rope, 100 burpees. In remaining time AMRAP: 10 box jumps/step-ups, 20 DB deadlifts, 30 AbMat sit-ups

Tuesday, March 2nd – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  18-15-12-9-6-3 ground to overhead w/ a plate, weighted sit-ups w/ a plate, overhead walking lunges w/ a plate – 100 meter run w/ a plate after each round

Wednesday, March 3rd – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 250/200 meter row, 200 meter run, 15/10 calorie bike, 15/10 calorie ski. E3MOM complete 20 jumping squats. Start with 20 jumping squats.

Thursday, March 4th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1:  14 alternating DB snatch, Min 2:  20 box jumps/step-ups, Min 3:  :30s plank hold, Min 4:  100 meter run

Friday, March 5th – AMRAP in 8 minutes: 8 push-ups, 16 KB swings, 32 double unders. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 10 minutes: 10 burpees, 20 leg raises, 40 air squats
