TTFIT Workouts 3/15/21 – 3/19/21

Monday, March 15th – E2MOM x 20 (10 rounds):  30 jump rope, 20 sit-ups, 10 alternating DB snatch

Tuesday, March 16th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  4 burpees, 6 hand release push-ups, 8 KB swings, 10 goblet squats. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 10 minutes: 4 goblet squats, 6 KB swings, 8 hand release push-ups, 10 burpees.

Wednesday, March 17th – AMRAP in 17 minutes:  17/12 calorie bike, 17 DB push press, 17 hollow rocks, 17 walking lunges

Thursday, March 18th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  25 air squats, 50 meter run backwards, 100 meter KB farmer carry, 150 jump rope, 200 meter run.

Friday, March 19th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: :30s plank hold, 100 meter run, 30 ground to overhead with a plate, 100 meter run, 30 mountain climbers, 100 meter run
