TTFIT Workouts 3/2/20 – 3/6/20

Monday, March 2nd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the buy-in in any order:  50/35 calorie ski or bike, 40 burpees, 50 single DB step-ups, 40 DB push press.  Then, in remaining time, AMRAP:  5 box jumps/step-ups, 10 DB push press, 15/10 calorie ski or bike, 20 AbMat sit-ups w/ a DB


Tuesday, March 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 goblet squats, 15 KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 30 jump rope


Wednesday, March 4th – E3MOM x 7 (21 minutes):  100 meter run, 4 burpees to a plate, 8 DB floor press, 12 leg raises


Thursday, March 5th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 DB deadlifts, 30 second plank hold


Friday, March 6th – With 24 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in:  800 meter run, 200 meter sled drag, and a 100 meter DB farmers carry.  Partition the buy-in however you choose.  After buy-in, AMRAP in remaining time of:  10 shuttle sprints (10 meters each), 10/7 calorie bike, 10 AbMat sit-ups, 10 hand release push-ups.
