TTFIT Workouts 3/22/21 – 3/26/21

Monday, March 22nd – AMRAP in 24 minutes: 9/6 calorie bike, 5 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 hand release push-ups, 15 goblet squats, 20 hollow rocks

Tuesday, March 23rd – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of: ground to overhead w/ a plate, weighted sit-ups w/ a plate, walking lunges w/ a plate overhead. Every 2MOM, complete 5 burpees to a plate. Start with burpees. If you finish the round of 1, start back at 10 and continue working until the clock hits 20:00.
Wednesday, March 24th – AMRAP in 15 minutes: 50 ft bear crawl, :30s plank hold, 200 meter run, 100 jump rope. Rest 1 minute. AMRAP in 9 minutes:  25 ft bear crawl, :15s plank hold, 100 meter run, 50 jump rope
Thursday, March 25th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  300/250 meter row, 30 leg raises, 30 DB hang cleans, 30 air squats, 30 KB swings
Friday, March 26th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 40/30 calorie bike and a 400 meter run for buy-in. Then, AMRAP in the remaining time of:  20 sit-ups, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 10 pull-ups/ring rows.
