
30 Mar TTFIT Workouts 3/29/21 – 4/2/21
Monday, March 29th – AMRAP in 24 minutes: 200 meter run, 24 DB goblet squats, 24 AbMat sit-ups, 100 meter run, 12 one-arm DB snatches, 12 hollow rocks
Tuesday, March 30th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 15-12-9 reps of: box jumps, walking lunges, calorie row. Every 90 seconds perform 10 jumping squats.
Wednesday, March 31st – EMOM x 24: Min 1- 100 meter run, Min 2- 20 leg raises, Min 3- 20 DB hang cleans, Min 4 – 50 jump rope
Thursday, April 1st – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 20 DB deadlifts, 20/15 calorie bike, 20 second plank hold. E2MOM perform 5 burpees.
Friday, April 2nd – AMRAP 30 minutes: 400 meter run, 40 AbMat sit-ups, 300 meter run, 30 DB shoulder press, 200 meter run, 20 hand release push-ups, 100 meter run, 10 pull-ups/ring rows
