TTFIT Workouts 3/4/19 – 3/8/19

Monday, March 4th – AMRAP in 18 minutes of: 18 AbMat sit-ups, 15 DB deadlifts, 12 burpees, 9/6 calorie bike

Tuesday, March 5th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  42 jump rope, 21 hollow rocks, 21 DB push press, 42 jump rope, 21/15 calorie row, 21 walking lunges, 42 jump rope, 21 air squats, 21 push-ups
Wednesday, March 6th – OTM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1 – 7 box jump overs + 7 leg raises, Min 2 – 8 alternating DB snatch + 8 air squats, Min 3 – 30 second plank hold, Min 4 – 10 shuttle springs (10 meters each)
Thursday, March 7th – AMRAP in 15 minutes:  15/10 calorie bike, 15 DB hang cleans, 15 sit-ups, 15 wall balls.  Rest 3 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes: 7 KB swings, 7 burpees, 7 mountain climbers (each side), 7 jumping squats.
Friday, March 8th – With a clock set for 20 minutes, complete 300 jump rope (stopping every 50 reps for 10 hollow rocks), then complete a 60 calorie row (stopping every 15 calories for 10 ground to overhead w/ a plate).  Once finished, AMRAP in remaining time:  5 push-ups, 10 walking lunges, 15 DB push presses.
