TTFIT Workouts 3/8/21 – 3/12/21

Monday, March 8th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 20 DB deadlifts, 20 AbMat sit-ups. Rest 2 minutes. During rest, perform 10 burpees to a plate. AMRAP in 10 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10 plate ground to overhead, 10 AbMat sit-ups w/ a plate

Tuesday, March 9th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 meter farmer carry, 15 KB swings, 30 hollow rocks, 200 meter run

Wednesday, March 10th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in:  1000/800 meter row, 50 DB push press, 250 jump rope (partition reps however you choose). In remaining time, AMRAP:  5 burpees, 10 goblet squats, 15 DB hang cleans, 20 second plank hold. 

Thursday, March 11th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 hand release push-ups, 28 leg raises, 21 alternating DB snatch, 28 box jumps/step-ups.  Every 90 seconds, perform 7 jumping squats.  Start with 7 jumping squats. 

Friday, March 12th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  500/400 meter row, 30 second plank hold, 50 ft walking lunge, 50 ft bear crawl, 10 shuttle runs (25 ft each).
