TTFIT Workouts 3/13/17 – 3/17/17

Monday, March 13th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  9/6 calorie bike, 25 sit-ups, 9/6 calorie bike, 25 box jumps/step-ups, 9/6 calorie bike, 25 KB swings, 9/6 calorie bike, 25 ground to overhead w/ a plate
Tuesday, March 14th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250 meter row, 200 meter run, 50 jump rope, 25 second plank hold, 10 burpees
Wednesday, March 15th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  15 DB deadlifts, 15 hollow rocks, 12 DB hang cleans, 12 leg raises, 9 DB front squats, 9 hollow rocks, 6 DB push press, 6 leg raises
Thursday, March 16th – From 0:00-5:00: 400 meter run, then AMRAP burpees in remaining time.  From 5:00-10:00:  30/20 calorie bike, then AMRAP sit-ups in remaining time.  From 10:00-15:00:  400 meter run, then AMRAP wall balls in remaining time.  From 15:00-20:00:  30/20 calorie bike, then AMRAP KB swings in remaining time. 
Friday, March 17th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in:  25 overhead walking lunge steps, 50 box jumps/step-ups, 75 jump rope, 100 meter farmers carry, 200 meter row, 400 meter run.  Once finished with the buy-in, AMRAP in remaining time of:  5 dips, 10 DB bench, 15 jumping squats.
