TTFIT Workouts 3/19/18 – 3/23/18

Monday, March 19th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  200 meter row, 15 DB thrusters, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 5 burpees
Tuesday, March 20th – With 25 minutes on the clock, accumulate 50 calories on the bike, 250 jump rope, and 50 shuttle sprints (10 meters), partitioning the reps however you choose.  Once finished, AMRAP in remaining time of:  12 alternating DB snatch, 24 box jumps/step-ups, 36 sit-ups.
Wednesday, March 21st – EMOM x 21:  Min 1- 15 goblet squats, Min 2 – 20 leg raises, Min 3 – 15 DB push press.
Thursday, March 22nd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  400 meter run, 30 second plank hold, 20 walking lunges, 10 push-ups
Friday, March 23rd – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  21 calorie row, 18 DB hang cleans, 15 sit-ups, 12 KB swings, 9 burpees, 6 calorie bike, 3 pull-ups/ring rows
