TTFIT Workouts 3/27/17 -3/31/17

Monday, March 27th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  18 calorie row, 15 DB hang cleans, 12 leg raises, 9 DB push press, 6 ring rows/pull-ups, 3 burpees

Tuesday, March 28th – With the clock set for 30 minutes, complete the following run/bike/jump rope buy-in:  Run 800 meters, 100 jump rope, 30/21 calorie bike, run 400 meters, 75 jump rope, 20/14 calorie bike, run 200 meters, 50 jump rope, 10/7 calorie bike.  Once finished, move to AMRAP of the following until time expires:  5 wall balls, 10 DB power snatch (alternating), 15 sit-ups

Wednesday, March 29th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  30 DB front rack walking lunges, 20 hollow rocks, 10 calorie row.  Every two minutes, perform 10 box jumps/step-ups.  Begin the workout with 10 box jumps/step-ups.

Thursday, March 30th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  23 KB swings, 23 air squats, 23 second plank hold, 23 shuttle runs, 23 burpees, 23 DB deadlifts

Friday, March 31st – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  400 meter run, 30 DB push press, 20 sit-ups, 10 ring rows/pull-ups.  Rest 3 minutes.  AMRAP in 9 minutes:  200 meter run, 15 DB bench press, 10 leg raises, 5 dips.
