TTFIT Workouts 4/1/19 – 4/5/19

Monday, April 1st – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  22-18-14-10 of the following:  DB snatches, sit-ups, burpees, shuttle sprints, wall balls

Tuesday, April 2nd – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  19 DB deadlifts, 19/12 calorie bike, 19 leg raises, 19 KB swings
Wednesday, April 3rd – With a clock set to 24:00, complete the following buy-in (athlete’s choice on order):  21/15 calorie row, 21/15 calorie bike, 21/15 calorie Ski Erg.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  10 DB floor press, 12 push-ups, 14 hollow rocks, 100 meter sprint.
Thursday, April 4th – E3MOM x 6 (18 minutes): 18/12 calorie row, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 12 med ball cleans.
Friday, April 5th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  40 jump rope, 20 GTO w/ a plate, 10 burpees to a plate.  AMRAP in 6 minutes:  20 jump rope, 10 GTO w/ a plate, 5 burpees to a plate.  Cash out:  Tabata sit-ups (:20s of work/:10s of rest for four minutes).
