TTFIT Workouts 4/12/21 – 4/16/21

Monday, April 12th – E3MOM x 27 (9 rounds): 30 AbMat sit-ups, 20 one-arm DB snatch, 10 burpees 

Tuesday, April 13th – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  100 meter run, 19 KB swings, 100 meter run, 19 hollow rocks, 100 meter run, 19 box jumps/step-ups, 100 meter run, 19 goblet squats, 100 meter run, 19 jump rope, 100 meter run, 19 second plank hold

Wednesday, April 14th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  7 dips, 7 calorie row, 7 Russian KB swings, 7 hand release push-ups, 7 GTO w/ a plate, 7 sit-ups, 7 shuttle runs

Thursday, April 15th – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds):  Min 1 – 10 DB deadlifts + 10 leg raises, Min 2 – 8 DB hang cleans + 8 jumping squats, Min 3 – 6 burpees + 6 walking lunges

Friday, April 16th – Every 10 minutes for 30 minutes (3 sets):  2 minutes of Assault bike, 2 minutes of sit-ups, 2 minutes of wall balls, 400 meter run.  Rest for the remainder of 10 minutes, then repeat twice.
