Monday, April 22nd – AMRAP in 15 minutes of:  15 DB hang clean & jerks, 30 jump rope, 15 AbMat sit-ups, 30/20 bike calories.  Rest 2  minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minute of:  10 DB hang clean & jerks, 20 jump rope, 10 hollow rocks, 20/10 cal Ski Erg

Tuesday, April 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 hand release push-ups, 15 DB deadlifts, 10 leg raises, 15 wall balls, 10 burpees, 15 shuttle sprints
Wednesday, April 24th –  EMOM x 20:  Minute 1:  8 calorie bike, Minute 2:  20 hollow rocks, Minute 3:  16 box jumps/step-ups, Minute 4:  20 air squats
Thursday, April 25th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  10 alternating DB snatch, 10 calorie row, 10 walking lunges, 10 leg raises, 10 DB thrusters
 
Friday, April 26th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  100 meter run w/ a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups w/ a plate, 12 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 9 burpees to a plate
