TTFIT Workouts 4/26/21 – 4/30/21

Monday, April 26th – With 30 minutes on the clock, complete the buy-in:  800 meter run, 80 push-ups, 40 DB floor press, 20 burpees. In remaining time, AMRAP:  200 meter run, 20 AbMat sit-ups, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 20 DB floor press

Tuesday, April 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 25 air squats, 20 leg raises, 15 DB hang cleans, 10 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 5 DB push press

Wednesday, April 28th – EMOM x 21 (7 rounds): Min 1 – 10 burpees, Min 2 – :30s plank hold, Min 3: 40 jump rope

Thursday, April 29th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  9 KB goblet squats, 12 KB swings, 15 sit-ups. E2MOM complete 6 pull-ups/ring rows. 

Friday, April 30th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  100 meter DB farmers carry, 200 meter run, 100 meter run backwards, 50 meter walking lunge, 20 alternating DB snatches
