TTFIT Workouts 4/29/19 – 5/3/19

Monday, April 29th – With 21 minutes on the clock:  21-15-9 DB thrusters, ring rows/pull-ups.  Then, 15-12-9 DB deadlifts, hand release push-ups.  Then, 12-9-6 DB squat cleans, dips.  Once finished, start at the top and continue working until clock hits 21:00.

Tuesday, April 30th  – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  10 jumping squats, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10 calorie row.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 walking lunges, 8 hollow rocks, 8 DB bench press.
Wednesday, May 1st – AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 DB hang cleans, 10 DB front squats, 200 meter row.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 DB deadlifts, 10 DB push press, 200 meter row.  Rest 1 minute.  Repeat each AMRAP one more time with one minute rest between each.
Thursday, May 2nd – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  100 meter run, 26 push-ups, 100 meter run, 26 KB swings, 100 meter run, 26 leg raises, 100 meter run, 26 DB GTO w/ a plate, 100 meter run, 26 jump rope, 100 meter run, 26 box jumps/step-ups
Friday, May 3rd – Tabata – 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest  for four minutes at each of the following stations:  one arm DB snatch, plank hold, shuttle sprints, bike for calories, farmer carries
