TTFIT Workouts 4/8/19 – 4/12/19

Monday, April 8th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  20/15 calorie Ski Erg, 20 hand release push-ups, 20 DB hang cleans, 20 hollow rocks, 20 box jumps/step-ups.

Tuesday, April 9th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  400 meter run, 14 DB push presses, 12 burpees, 8 pull-ups/ring rows.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  200 meter run, 7 DB push presses, 6 burpees, 4 pull-ups/ring rows.
Wednesday, April 10th – E2MOM x 10 (20 minutes):  40 jump rope, 20 sit-ups, 10 KB swings
Thursday, April 11th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  15 DB floor press, 12/9 calorie row, 9 shuttle sprints, 6 wall balls, 3 lateral burpees over DB
Friday, April 12th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  200 meter run, 22 alternating DB snatch, 18 hollow rocks, 14 walking lunges, 10/7 calorie bike
