TTFIT Workouts 4/2/18 – 4/6/18

MAKE SURE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR TTS SPRING INTO FITNESS CHALLENGE!  IT IS FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE T-TOWN SOUTH COMMUNITY!

Monday, April 2nd – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 3 KB swings, 3 goblet squats, 3 burpees, 6 KB swings, 6 goblet squats, 6 burpees, 9, 9, 9, 12, 12, 12….and so on until clock hits 18:00.

Tuesday, April 3rd – With 25 minutes on the clock, perform 100 wall balls.  Every 20 wall balls, stop and hold a 20 second plank.  Once done with final wall ball and plank hold, AMRAP in remaining time of:  25/20 calorie bike, 25 sit-ups, 25 DB push press, 25 box jumps/step-ups.

Wednesday, April 4th – Tabata – 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 min) at the following stations:  push-ups, walking lunges, shuttle sprints, DB deadlifts, ring rows/pull-ups

Thursday, April 5th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  5 burpees, 15 calorie row, 30 air squats, 60 jump rope

Friday, April 6th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 DB bench press, 20 ground to overhead with a plate.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minutes:  200 meter run, 30 alternating DB snatch, 40 sit -ups.
