
26 Apr TTFIT Workouts 4/24/17 – 4/28/17
Monday, April 24th – With 26 minutes on the clock, complete 800 meter run and 300 jump rope buy-in, then 30-20-10 DB thrusters and leg raises for remainder of the time, running 100 meters after each set.
Tuesday, April 25th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 200 meter run, 15 calorie bike, 12 hollow rocks, 9 burpees
Wednesday, April 26th – AMRAP in 7 minutes: 7 box jumps/step-ups, 7 DB power cleans, 7 sit-ups. Rest 1 minute. AMRAP in 6 minutes: 6 walking lunges, 6 DB push press, 6 push-ups. Rest 1 minute. AMRAP in 5 minutes: 5 wall balls, 5 dips, 5 shuttle sprints
Thursday, April 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 200 meter row, 4 burpees over the rower, 8 ground to overhead with a plate, 16 jumping squats, 32 second plank hold
Friday, April 28th – E3MOM x 8: 15/10 calorie bike, 20 KB swings, 30 sit-ups
