TTFIT Workouts 4/30/18 – 5/4/18

Monday, April 30th – AMRAP In 25 minutes:  200 meter row, 150 jump rope, 100 meter run, 50 air squats, 25 hand-release push-ups
Tuesday, May 1st – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  200 meter run, 15 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 12 sit-ups, 9 burpees
Wednesday, May 2nd – Tabata – 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest  for four minutes at each of the following stations:  one arm DB snatch, plank hold, shuttle sprints, bike for calories, farmer carries
Thursday, May 3rd – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  10 jumping squats, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10 push-ups.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 walking lunges, 8 hollow rocks, 8 ring rows.
Friday, May 4th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  100 meter run, 26 push-ups, 100 meter run, 26 KB swings, 100 meter run, 26 leg raises, 100 meter run, 26 DB bench press, 100 meter run, 26 jump rope, 100 meter run, 26 box jumps/step-ups
