TTFIT Workouts 4/3/17-4/7/17

Monday, April 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter row, 20 sit-ups, 20 one-arm DB snatch, 200 meter row, 20 jumping squats, 20 push-ups

Tuesday, April 4th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  24 calorie bike, 23 DB push press, 22 hollow rocks, 21 box jumps/step-ups, 20 walking lunges

Wednesday, April 5th – AMRAP in 5 minutes:  5 burpees to a plate, 10 leg raises, 15 KB swings.  Rest one minute, then AMRAP in 5 minutes:  5 calorie bike, 10 Russian twists, 15 goblet squats.  Repeat each AMRAP one more time, resting one minute between each. 

Thursday, April 6th – With 27 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in:  400 meter run, 100 jump rope, 200 meter run, 50 jump rope, 200 meter run, 100 jump rope, 400 meter run.  Once done with buy-in, begin AMRAP in remaining time of:  8 shuttle sprints, 8 walking lunges, 8 ring rows/pull-ups, 8 box jump overs

Friday, April 7th – Tabata – 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for four total minutes at each of the following stations:  med ball cleans, reverse med ball burpees, med ball push-ups, wall balls.
