TTFIT Workouts 5/10/21 – 5/14/21

Monday, May 10th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 alternating DB snatch, 25 sit-ups, 30 walking lunges

Tuesday, May 11th – AMRAP in 22  minutes:  11 burpees, 11/7 calorie row, 11 DB hang cleans, 11 leg raises
Wednesday, May 12th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  250/200 meter ski, 15 DB strict press, 30 second plank hold.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  150/100 meter ski, 15 ground to overhead with a plate, 30 Russian twists with a plate
Thursday, May 13th – With 17 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds of:  10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 20 jumping squats.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  10 DB deadlifts, 10 DB floor press, 10 DB front squats, 100 meter run
Friday, May 14th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run w/ a med ball, 20 alternating one arm DB snatch, 20 one arm DB strict press (10 each side), 20 second plank hold
