TTFIT Workouts 5/11/20 – 5/16/20

Monday, May 11th – AMRAP in 22  minutes:  11 burpees, 11/7 calorie bike, 11 DB hang cleans, 11 hollow rocks


Tuesday, May 12th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  250 meter row, 15 DB strict press, 30 second plank hold.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  150 meter row, 15 ground to overhead with a plate, 30 Russian twists with a plate


Wednesday, May 13th – With 17 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds of:  10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 20 jumping squats.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  10 DB deadlifts, 10 DB floor press, 10 DB front squats


Thursday, May 14th – Every 3:00 x 7 rounds:  30/20 calorie row, 12 leg raises


Friday, May 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  20 alternating one arm DB snatch, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 20 one arm DB strict press (10 each side), 20 second plank hold
