
13 May TTFIT Workouts 5/13/19 – 5/17/19
Monday, May 13th – AMRAP in 29 minutes: 10 DB push-ups, 8 DB hang cleans, 6 DB push presses, 4 DB thrusters, 2 burpees over the DB, 100 meter DB farmer carry
Tuesday, May 14th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 2 goblet squats, 2 calorie bike, 2 sit-ups, 4 goblet squats, 4 calorie bike, 4 sit-ups, 6 goblet squats, 6 calorie bike, 6 sit-ups, 8,8,8, and so on… until time expires…BUT every 2 minutes on the minute, stop and sprint 100 meters. Start the workout with 100 meter sprint.
Wednesday, May 15th – With 18 minutes on the clock: 1000 meter row buy-in, then AMRAP in remaining time of the following: 10 burpees, 15 DB clean & jerk, 50 jump rope
Thursday, May 16th – AMRAP in 10 minutes: 10 alternating one arm snatch, 15 sit-ups, 20 air squats…rest 2 minutes, then AMRAP in 10 minutes: 10 pull-ups or ring rows, 15 KB swings, 20 second plank hold
Friday, May 17th – 5 rounds of the following: 1 minute row for calories, 1 minute DB bench press, 1 minute DB shoulder press, 1 minute box jumps or step ups, 1 minute of rest
