TTFIT Workouts 5/17/21 – 5/21/21

Monday, May 17th – AMRAP in 27 minutes:  1000/800 meter row buy-in, then AMRAP: 21 box jumps/step-ups, 15 KB swings, 9 burpees, 15 KB goblet lunges, 21 sit-ups

Tuesday, May 18th – EMOM x 30 (10 rounds): Min 1: 100 meter run, Min 2: :30s plank hold, Min 3: 20 ground to overhead w/ a plate

Wednesday, May 19th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  7 pull-ups/ring rows, 14 push-ups, 21 air squats. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 10 minutes: 5 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Thursday, May 20th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 4 lateral burpees over the rower, 8 DB deadlifts, 16 hollow rocks. 

Friday, May 21st – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  21 wall balls, 15 leg raises, 9 burpees. E2MOM, complete 6 shuttle runs (10 meters). Start with shuttle runs.
