
18 May TTFIT Workouts 5/18/20 – 5/23/20
Monday, May 18th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 200 meter run, 20 jumping squats, 20 sit-ups,
100 meter run, 10 alternating lunges, 10 push-ups
Tuesday, May 19th – AMRAP in 19 minutes: 19 leg raises, 100 meter sprint, 19 KB swings, 100 meter sprint, 19 box jumps/step-ups, 100 meter sprint, 19 KB goblet squats, 100 meter sprint
Wednesday, May 20th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 12/7 calorie bike, 30 second plank hold, 12 burpees, 30 jump rope
Thursday, May 21st – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 20 DB deadlifts, 10 DB box step-ups, 20 hollow rocks, 10 alternating one arm DB snatch, 20/15 calorie row
Friday, May 22nd – With 21 minutes on the clock, row 1000 meters. Every 200 meters, stop and hold a plank for 20 seconds. Then, AMRAP in remaining time: 21 ground to overhead with a plate, 15 Russian twists w/ a plate, and 9 burpees to a plate.
Saturday, May 23rd – AMRAP in 16 minutes: 30 jump rope, 15 sit-ups, 10 one-arm DB hang cleans (5 each side), 10 one-arm DB push press (5 each side)
