TTFIT Workouts 5/24/21 – 5/28/21

Monday, May 24th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 21/15 calorie row, 15 goblet squats, 9 box jumps/step-ups, :30s plank hold

Tuesday, May 25th – :30s work/:30s rest – 5 rounds (10 minutes):  Min 1:  push press, Min 2:  Jump rope.  4 rounds (8 minutes):  Min 1:  DB hang power cleans, Min 2:  Burpees.  3 rounds (6 minutes):  Min 1: Calorie bike, Min 2: Sit-ups

Wednesday, May 26th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete four rounds of the following:  21 air squats, 18 push-ups, 15 KB swings, 12 dips.  Once all four rounds are complete, AMRAP in remaining time:  5 pulls-ups/ring rows, 10 walking lunges, 15 hollow rocks.

Thursday, May 27th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of: one arm DB snatch, shuttle runs (25 ft), leg raises.  Between each round, complete 50 jump rope.  If you make it through the round of 3s, start back at the round of 21s and continue working until time expires.

Friday, May 28th – With 28 minutes on the clock, complete three rounds of the following:  500 meter row, 20 DB hang squat cleans, 15 sit-ups, 10 burpees.  After three rounds are complete, begin five rounds of the following:  250 meter row, 15 DB hang squat cleans, 10 sit-ups, 5 burpees.  After five rounds are complete, AMRAP in remaining time:  100 meter row, 10 DB hang squat cleans, 5 sit-ups
