
26 May TTFIT Workouts 5/25/20 – 5/30/20
Monday, May 25th – Murph AMRAP Style – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 400 meter run, 20 pull-ups/ring rows, 40 push-ups, 60 air squats. Partition reps each round however you choose.
Tuesday, May 26th – AMRAP in 10 minutes: 200 meter row, 20 sit-ups, 20 lunges (stationary and alternating). 2 minute rest. AMRAP in 8 minutes: 100 meter row, 10 sit-ups, 10 lunges.
Wednesday, May 27th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21/15 calorie bike, 14 alternating DB snatch, 7 burpees
Thursday, May 28th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 50 jump rope, 40 air squats, 30 second plank hold, 20 KB sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 KB swings
Friday, May 29th – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 200 meter run, 20/15 calorie row, 20 sit-ups, 10 lateral burpees over the rower
Saturday, May 30th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 10 DB box step-ups w/ one DB, 10 alternating DB snatch, 10 leg raises, 100 meter sprint
