TTFIT Workouts 5/28/19 – 5/31/19

Tuesday, May 28th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 jump rope, 18 hollow rocks, 15 KB swings, 12 air squats, 9 burpees

Wednesday, May 29th – 10 minute AMRAP:  4 DB deadlifts, 8 DB hang cleans, 12 DB push press, 16 box jumps/step-ups.  Rest 2 minutes (complete 40 sit-ups during your rest).  8 minute AMRAP:  3 DB deadlifts, 6 DB hang cleans, 9 DB push press, 12 box jumps/step-ups.
 
Thursday, May 30th –  With a continuously running clock, begin a new round every 3 minutes until you complete 10 rounds of:  200 meter run, 10 burpees.
Friday, May 31st – With 24 minutes on the clock, work for 40 seconds, then 20 seconds to rest/rotate to the next station at each of the following:  DB push press, hollow rocks, DB bench press, jumping squats, ground to overhead w/ a plate, jump rope.  Rotate through each station four times.
