TTFIT Workouts 5/3/21 – 5/7/21

Monday, May 3rd – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 6 pull-ups/ring rows, 12 push-ups, 24 air squats. Rest 2 minutes. During the rest, perform 10 burpees to a plate. AMRAP in 10 minutes:  100 meter run, 5 ground to overhead w/ plate, 10 stationary lunges w/ a plate, 20 russian twists with a plate

Tuesday, May 4th – AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 DB deadlifts, 15 hollow rocks, 30 jump rope. Rest 1 minute. AMRAP in 5 minutes:  10 shuttle runs, 15 burpees, 30 second plank hold.  Rest 1 minute.  Repeat both AMRAPs one more time with a 1 minute rest between them.

Wednesday, May 5th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  400 meter run, 100 meter DB farmer’s carry, 20 box jumps, 20 leg raises, 20 hand release push-ups, 200 meter run, 50 meter DB farmer’s carry, 10 box jumps, 10 leg raises, 10 hand release push-ups

Thursday, May 6th – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds): Min 1- 200/150 meter row, Min 2- 20 KB goblet squats, Min 3- 20 sit-ups

Friday, May 7th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 50 ft walking lunge, :20s plank hold, 50 ft bear crawl, 15/10 calorie ski
