Monday, May 31st – Murph AMRAP Style – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 400 meter run, 20 pull-ups/ring rows, 40 push-ups, 60 air squats. Partition reps each round however you choose.
Tuesday, June 1st – AMRAP in 10 minutes: 200 meter row, 20 sit-ups, 20 lunges (stationary and alternating). 2 minute rest. AMRAP in 8 minutes: 100 meter row, 10 sit-ups, 10 lunges
Wednesday, June 2nd – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21/15 calorie bike, 14 alternating DB snatch, 7 burpees
Thursday, June 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 50 jump rope, 40 air squats, 30 second plank hold, 20 KB sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 KB swings
Friday, June 4th – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 200 meter run, 20/15 calorie row, 20 sit-ups, 10 lateral burpees over the rower
