TTFIT Workouts 5/4/20 – 5/9/20

Monday, May 4th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  15/10 calorie bike, 20 alternating DB snatch, 15 burpees, 20 hollow rocks


Tuesday, May 5th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 20 goblet squats, 20 leg raises.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 6 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 goblet squats, 10 leg raises.


Wednesday, May 6th – AMRAP in 16 minutes:  500 meter row, 12 DB deadlifts, 21 box jumps/step-ups


Thursday, May 7th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  30 jump rope, 5 DB hang squat cleans, 5 DB push press, 10 sit-ups, 10 hand release push-ups

Friday, May 8th – With 20 minutes on the clock, run 800 meters for a buy-in.  With time remaining, AMRAP:  20 ground to overhead with a plate, 20 second plank hold, 20 KB swings


Saturday, May 9th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  50/40 calorie row, 40 med ball cleans, 30 box jumps/step-ups, 20 pull-ups/ring rows
