TTFIT Workouts 5/22/17 – 5/26/17

Monday, May 22nd – EMOM x 21 (7 rounds):  Minute 1:  10 burpees, Minute 2:  15 goblet squats, Minute 3: 30 jump rope

Tuesday, May 23rd – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  200 meter run, 12 alt DB snatch, 20 sit-ups.  Rest 2 minutes, then AMRAP in 6 minutes:  100 meter run, 6 alt DB snatch, 10 sit-ups

Wednesday, May 24th – With 20 minutes on the clock:  800 meter run buy-in, then AMRAP in remaining time:  20 overhead walking lunges w/ plate, 15 DB deadlifts, 10 DB hang cleans, 5 DB push press

Thursday, May 25th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  21-15-9 Air squats, push-ups, hollow rocks (complete 21 of each, 15 of each, 9 of each, then start back on 21 of each, and so on for 18 minutes) Every 2 minutes on the minute, sprint 100 meters.  Begin with the sprint. 

Friday, May 26th – EMOM x 30 (5 rounds):  Minute 1: wallballs, Minute 2: KB sumo deadlift high pulls, Minute 3: box jumps or step ups, Minute 4: DB push press, Minute 5: bike for calories, Minute 6: rest
