TTFIT Workouts 5/23/16 – 5/27/16

Monday, May 23rd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete four rounds of the following:  21 jumping squats, 18 push-ups, 15 KB swings, 12 dips.  Once all four rounds are complete, AMRAP in remaining time:  5 burpees, 10 med ball cleans, 15 sit-ups.
Tuesday, May 24th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  200 meter run, 10 DB deadlifts, 10 DB bench press, 10 box jumps/step-ups
Wednesday, May 25th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of:  one arm DB snatch, walking lunges, hollow rocks.  Between each round, complete 50 jump rope.  If you make it through the round of 3s, start back at the round of 21s and continue working until time expires.
Thursday, May 26th – With 28 minutes on the clock, complete three rounds of the following:  500 meter row, 20 DB hang squat cleans, 15 leg raises, 10 burpees.  After three rounds are complete, begin five rounds of the following:  250 meter row, 15 DB hang squat cleans, 10 leg raises, 5 burpees.  After five rounds are complete, AMRAP in remaining time:  100 meter row, 10 DB hang squat cleans, 5 leg raises
Friday, May 27th – Complete the following:  one minute of box jumps/step-ups, one minute of KB swings, one minute of plank hold, one minute of bike, two minutes of box jumps/step-ups, two minutes of KB swings, two minutes of side plank hold (one min each side), two minutes of bike, one minute of box jumps/step-ups, one minute of KB swings, one minute of plank hold, one minute of bike.
