TTFIT Workouts 6/1/20 – 6/5/20

Monday, June 1st – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  200 meter run, 50 ft bear crawl, 20 push-ups, 100 meter run, 50 ft walking lunges, 10 burpees


Tuesday, June 2nd – With 23 minutes on the clock, complete 1000 meter row.  Every 250 meters, stop and perform 20 sit-ups.  After completing the 1000 meters and the last set of sit-ups, AMRAP in remaining time:  10 box jumps/step-ups, 20 alternating DB snatch, 30 second plank hold.  


Wednesday, June 3rd – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  400 meter run, 15/10 calorie ski, 15 DB hang cleans, 15 DB front squats


Thursday, June 4th – EMOM x 21 (7 rounds):  100 meter run, 15 KB swings, 20 single DB step-back lunges
Friday, June 5th – 

AMRAP in 20 minutes:  50 jump rope, 25 sit-ups, 250/200 meter row, 200 meter run
