TTFIT Workouts 6/14/21 – 6/19/21

Monday, June 14th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 9 burpees to a plate, 15 weighted sit-ups w/ a plate, 21 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 100 meter run w/ a plate

Tuesday, June 15th – EMOM x 21 (7 rounds): Min 1: 10/7 calorie bike, Min 2: :30s plank hold, Min 3: 20 hollow rocks

Wednesday, June 16th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 100 meter run, 15 DB strict press, 15 leg raises, 100 meter run, 15 DB hang cleans, 15 sit-ups, 100 meter run, 15 DB deadlifts, 15 mountain climbers (each side)

Thursday, June 17th – Tabata (:20s work/:10s rest) x 8 rounds (4 min each) at the following stations: air squats, hand release push-ups, KB swings, walking lunges, jump rope. Complete all eight rounds at one station before moving to the next. This is a 20 minute workout.

Friday, June 18th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 400 meter run, 500/400 meter row, and 500/400 meter ski. In remaining time, AMRAP: 22 wall balls, 22 alternating DB snatch, 22 box jumps/step-ups
