
15 Jun TTFIT Workouts 6/15/20 – 6/19/20
Monday, June 15th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete 1000/800 meter row, 600 meter run, and 200 jump rope. In remaining time, AMRAP: 5 goblet squats, 7 box jumps/step-ups, 9 hollow rocks.
Tuesday, June 16th – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 10 shuttle runs (10 meters each), 15/10 calorie bike, 20 second plank hold, 15 hand release push-ups, 10 walking lunges
Wednesday, June 17th – AMRAP in 27 minutes: 100 meter run, 10 burpees, 200 meter run, 20 DB push press, 300 meter run, 30 sit-ups, 400 meter run, 40 DB deadlifts
Thursday, June 18th – EMOM x 16 (4 rounds): Min 1 – 15 box jumps/step-ups, Min 2 – 15/10 calorie row, Min 3 – 15 pull-ups/ring rows, Min 4 – 15 DB hang cleans
Friday, June 19th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 20 alternating DB snatch, 20 leg raises, 20 dips, 100 meter sprint
