TTFIT Workouts 6/21/21 – 6/25/21

Monday, June 21st – With a partner, one person working and one person resting, AMRAP in 25 minutes:  200 jump rope, 800 meter run, 75 DB push presses, 75 sit-ups, 100 walking lunges.  Divide up reps however you choose, including the run distance. 

Tuesday, June 22nd – EMOM x 18 (6 rounds):  Min 1 – 12 shuttle runs (25 ft), Min 2 – 30 second plank hold, Min 3 – 12 wall balls

Wednesday, June 23rd – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatches, 15 jumping squats, 10 pull-ups/ring rows

Thursday, June 24th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of hand release push-ups, box jumps, and walking lunges. Once done with the round of 3, start back at 21 and keep working until the clock hits 20:00.

Friday, June 25th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  25/20 calorie bike, 30 jump rope, 20 hollow rocks, 10 alternating one-arm DB hang clean and jerk
